A new generation of compact high speed, high-capacity RAID 1 2-bay drive
This drive is perfect for fast data transfer and large-capacity storage needs. Its new USB 3.2 Gen 2 interface now supports 10 Gbps of rapid data transfer. SSD uses this speedier transfer to boost speed over a hard drive. This 2-bay RAID drive supports RAID 1 data redundancy and automatic backup. In addition, the eSATA interface provides additional connection possibilities. Removable drive trays help with hot plug replacement of the drive. Drive intelligent sleep function is supported. Cooling fan maintains safe operating temperature. Skidproof and shockproof rubber feet mats ensure safe operation. This drive is perfect for data storage and backup.
The CipherShield encryption model features single-factor authentication with a single key. Smart Insert with CipherKey allows you to secure data with two intelligent key insertion modes. In Mode 0, the key must remain plugged in while powered on to remain authenticated and decrypted. Suitable when human insertion of the key is not feasible such as at a data center or remote location. When the key is removed, the drive is unauthenticated and all data within the drive are no longer decrypted. In Mode 1, the key can be inserted and removed to store away while powered on. It will remain authenticated until the power is turned off. Suitable for higher security and when human insertion of the key is feasible such as the local office. CipherShield drive is perfect for secure data storage and backup for federal, state, and local government agencies, corporations, small businesses, universities, schools, healthcare, law, and personal use.
